Buffer is a liquid used for cleaning and chemically roughening the surface of tires, transmission belts, and other rubber products prior to mechanical buffing.

When used on inner tubes, Buffer eliminates the need for mechanical roughening of the damaged area.

The spray form allows for convenient and precise application directly to the damaged spot.
