MARUNI PLUG PATCH 80x12mm
Maruni Plug Patch is a combination of a plug and a patch, offering a convenient and safe solution for repairing both bias-ply and radial tires.
The plug fills the injury channel, protecting the steel belts from corrosion. With the use of the Plug Patch, the repair is complete and ensures long-lasting performance.
Please note: Plug Patches should only be used for tread punctures at an angle of no more than 20 degrees. For punctures with a greater angle, a STEM plug should be used instead.
Maruni Plug Patches are available in the following sizes:
-
4.5 mm plug with 35 mm patch
-
7 mm plug with 40 mm patch
-
9 mm plug with 56 mm patch
-
12 mm plug with 80 mm patch

8. Use a pneumatic vacuum to remove all rubber dust and debris.

10. Apply a few drops of Super Valkarn into the injury channel.
11. Coat the black portion of the Plug Patch stem with Super Valkarn cement.
12. Loosen the tire spreader. Insert the plug wire into the injury channel from the inside of the tire. Do not touch the bonding surface of the patch.
