The new, improved version of the flagship CEMB wheel balancer is even faster and more efficient. In just 6.4 seconds, the machine automatically measures – without operator intervention – the dimensions, unbalance, internal and external eccentricity of the wheel and rim, tread depth, and cone.
Wheel geometry diagnostics in 6.4 seconds
Often, wheel vibrations are not caused by imbalance but by geometric irregularities.
The ER100 GT, in one quick measurement cycle, simultaneously detects unbalance while determining the eccentricity of both the tyre and the rim. If the tolerance is exceeded, the operator is notified on the screen. If the eccentricity value exceeds the standard, pressing a button allows the operator to perform a detailed analysis and find the best configuration for positioning the tyre on the rim to reduce the eccentricity to an acceptable level.
Upon the operator's request, the system can additionally measure the cone value and tread depth in the same measurement cycle using a laser scanner.
The machine also enables a separate measurement of the rim's eccentricity. By scanning two separate surfaces on the tyre bead seating area, the actual impact of the rim's geometry on the overall eccentricity can be determined.

3D Laser Scan – contactless measurement system
Automatic wheel distance and diameter measurement, combined with a laser measuring the width, precisely defines the dimensions of any profile – even the most complex ones.

An advanced dynamic tolerance calculation system based on the analysis of allowable unbalance values.
The AutoAdaptive software adjusts the tolerance individually for each tyre being balanced, eliminating noticeable steering wheel vibrations and ensuring maximum driving comfort.
In combination with OPB, this also reduces the balancing process time.
HubMatch – precise hub fitting
In one cycle, the machine detects unbalance and identifies the point of maximum eccentricity of the wheel.
Information about the best wheel-to-hub positioning appears on the screen, allowing the wheel to be mounted in a way that minimizes eccentricity without additional adjustments.
New automatic positioning system
The new electromagnetic brake in the DC motor doubles the positioning speed and provides immediate wheel stop.
Optional “Industry 4.0” package
