Regrooving tool PS-15 OTR 1000W

The PS15 OTR is our most powerful model.  It includes: a 1000W transformer, 5 heating positions and a zero setting.  This unit is specially designed for intensive regrooving with R5, C5 and C6 blades.

Tread deepening is the key to extending tire life and maximizing their potential.

By deepening the tread, we significantly increase its grip, which improves driving safety and reduces fuel consumption.

The tread should be deepened when the tread is about 2-4 mm deep. After performing this operation, the tread will have new, sharp cut edges, 6-8 mm deep. When tread deepening is carried out as prescribed, it does not impair the handling or safety.

Thanks to the tread cut, the tire life can be extended by 20-25%.

Please note that due to tread wear, the tire rolling resistance increases. Thanks to its deepening, we can reduce fuel consumption by up to 6-10%!
