MS and MB patches are used for repairing diagonal (bias-ply) tires, from passenger vehicles to construction machinery.
They are made of a reinforced rubber compound and ultra-strong internal nylon fibers.
The outer surface is coated with a protective layer that resists high temperatures.
Easy to apply, with fast and reliable vulcanizing adhesion.
MS/MB patches are suitable for hot repairs.
For best results, use with Super Valkarn vulcanizing cement and SEALINER sealant.

Hot Sidewall Repair Using MARUNI Vulcanizing Materials
Required materials:

FL-05 filler rubber for patch backing

FG-02 hot repair rubber

Super Valkarn vulcanizing cement

SEALINER sealing fluid

Buffer spray for roughening

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Use a rotary knife to level the damaged area from the outside.
2. Use a conical grinding stone to shape the damage into a cone.
3. Use a low-speed grinder to buff the damaged area from the outside.
4. On the inside of the tire, draw a cross centered on the damaged spot.
5. Buff the damaged area on the inside of the tire with a low-speed grinder.
6. Remove dust and debris using a pneumatic vacuum.
7. Measure the diameter and depth of the damage.
8. Apply hot repair cement to the outer damage area and wait until dry.
9. Apply hot repair cement to the tire area where the FILLER rubber will be applied; let it dry.
10. Press a pre-cut piece of FILLER rubber into the damage and roll it firmly.
