Automatic "centerless" mounting machine with an innovative and unique concept, designed for professional use, it is great for handling oversized and heavy wheels with rim sizes from 10 "to 25" (also van wheels). Tire changers from the TOP line, distinguished by yellow elements, complement the traditional, reliable and economical rotary table with a reinforced vertical column equipped with the patented TECO "bezkleless" head. TECO 36 TOP is equipped as standard with a modern, patented TPH attachment, which helps the operator to easily mount and demount extremely rigid and low-profile tires, such as the Run-Flat type. The use of this attachment, in combination with optional accessories, enables trouble-free operation of the largest motorcycle and Harley wheels. Supplied as standard with a 2-speed rotary table and pedal pumping, optionally with an inflator.

Automatic lever-free assembly head
Automatic lever-free assembly head
Patented automatic system, equipped with plastic protective elements, controlled by a joystick. The tire disassembly procedure is very simple and requires no bucket or operator effort. The risk of tire damage or scratches on the rim is eliminated.
Vertical column
It is designed for hard work with demanding tires. The working arm is pneumatically controlled, thanks to which greater precision and efficiency have been achieved. The horizontal arm is equipped with a double block and rollers increasing the smoothness of movement.
Self centering table
It supports wheels from 10 "to 25" without additional accessories. Internal clamp: 10 "-22", external clamp: 13 "-25". Its unique structure ensures constant and even clamping force for all wheel sizes in this range.
head reflection system
New concept bead breaker arm equipped with a Teco PATENTED SYSTEM which allows exactly the right position no matter the wheel diameter or width, thus improving the accuracy of bead breaking operations.

The TPH attachment is standard equipment of the Teco 36 TOP assembly machine. It provides the operator with assistance in assembling and disassembling particularly arduous low-profile wheels, especially the Run-Flat type. It is equipped with a patented wheel for dismounting the wheel, positioning automatically and removing the tire from the rim from the bottom side.
